Euskirchener Baugesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (EUGEBAU) is a real estate company with a balance sheet total of approximately € 100 million. In addition to managing its existing property portfolio, EUGEBAU is active as a project development company. Its development projects include the construction of multi-family residential buildings, the construction of buildings for municipal use, and the development of new residential areas. The “Alter Schlachthof” DC district is currently one of the focal points of the existing portfolio development in social housing. Over the next few years, around 110 apartments will be built here. The use of DC technology in this district is intended to enable the self-sufficiency of the residential area by minimizing power losses.
