The ODCA recently concluded a highly successful plenary meeting at Zumtobel's Light Forum in Dornbirn, Austria.
The event welcomed over 100 participants from diverse sectors, all dedicated to advancing direct current (DC) technology and fostering a collaborative sustainable future. This event marked a milestone in ODCA’s ongoing journey, providing a platform for collaboration, insights, and forward-looking discussions that will shape the alliance's future.
The meeting agenda featured comprehensive presentations and discussions focusing on ODCA’s roadmap, development strategies, and budget planning for the year ahead. Attendees shared insights, best practices and explore impactful strategies to drive forward DC innovations.
A notable highlight of the event was an in-depth workshop focusing on key use cases and assessing return on investment. This workshop allowed members to dive deep into the real-world impacts and value creation of current projects, setting the stage for measurable progress in 2024.
The plenary also offered an opportunity for three ODCA members to introduce themselves to the broader community, fostering connections and collaborative spirit within the organization. Furthermore, Innofas, one of the alliance's active members, shared valuable insights into the realization of direct current (DC) projects, offering practical knowledge and sparking conversations around the applications and innovations in DC technology.
To wrap up the event, participants engaged in an open space workshop, tackling key challenges and collaboratively identifying actionable steps to drive further improvements across the ODCA network. This session fostered dynamic discussions, enabling members to collaboratively address critical issues and outline the next steps to further improve the organization’s initiatives.
